Working within the Owner’s operating schedule, Quackenbush removed and reinstalled new sludge withdrawal equipment at the Bird Island Treatment Plant’s final clarifier tanks. The new equipment replaces original clarifier equipment that Quackenbush originally installed in the mid-1970s.
