Erie Community College's newest facility addition is the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) building.
Their new 57,000 sq ft facility will help prepare students for future hi tech jobs. The school has applied for the LEED Silver certification.
Extensive CAD scanning/modeling/coordination was required to install the HVAC mechanical system in restricted above ceiling spaces. This allowed us to accurately prefabricate a significant percentage of pipe and ductwork in our prefabrication shop. This offsite work contributed to meeting to an ambitious construction schedule. |
