The Northland Workforce Training Center is an industry driven, public/private partnership created to provide educational training to help enhance a diverse and skilled regional workforce.

Quackenbush was an integral part of the Phase I stage of a 100,000 square foot multiple building redevelopment in a historic manufacturing district.

Boilers, a cooling tower and heat pumps were furnished and installed throughout the designed classrooms, labs, workshops, and administrative space. A challenging construction schedule was required to meet the classroom space time deadlines.
