NIAGARA FALLS WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT »

Quackenbush was the prime contractor for a major plant rehabilitation that included the supply and installation of a new Sludge and Scum Collection System; Plant Water and Polymer System improvements that included new pumps, valves and instrumentation; Carbon Transport System improvements, Scum Building renovations, grit piping and valves, instrumentation upgrades, carbon filter support gravel and carbon media replacement, as well as heating and ventilation upgrades.
All work was completed within a thirteen month duration, while the balance of the treatment plant continued in operation.
